North Carolina 811 is this year’s winner of the CGA Connect 811 Video Challenge. We made a video focused on the past and future of damage prevention, including the creation and burial of an 811 Time Capsule that includes 11 historical damage prevention items from NC811, along with eight items/ideas that demonstrate our vision of what the damage prevention process will look like in 10 years.
